Return & Exchange Policy
At Karat Society, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you within the guidelines below.
Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused and in original condition

All original packaging is included

The item shows no signs of wear or damage

The item has not been altered, resized, or modified
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Karat Society reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above requirements.
Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
For hygiene and special order reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item.
Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or offer an appropriate solution at no cost to you.
One-Year Limited Warranty
All gold Karat Society jewelry includes a 1-year limited warranty covering:

Manufacturing defects

Faulty clasps or closures
If a qualifying issue occurs within 12 months of purchase, we will repair the item whenever possible.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Scratches, dents, or surface wear from regular use

Tarnishing or fading of plating over time

Damage caused by accidents, chemicals, water exposure, or improper care

Lost items or lost stones
Repair Services
If your jewelry requires repair outside of warranty coverage, we may still assist in coordinating a repair when possible. Repair and shipping costs may apply.
